As of this policy, we are no longer accepting exchanges.

When something turns out to be different than expected or just isn't quite what you want, we want to make it easy to return your item. 

Our Returns Policy

The following outlines our returns policy for all orders no matter the retailer. We want to ensure a consistent and simple policy for our customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any new and unopened item within 60 days of your order being picked up. For opened items, you have 30 days to return. You will receive a refund for the full amount less the item's Pickup Fee, any shipping or delivery fees associated with the original order, and return fee. 

All refunds will be made to the order's original payment method. Otherwise, it will be given as store credit.

For new and unopened items, you will be charged a return fee of 10% of the item's value.
For opened items, you will be charged a return fee of 15% of the item's value.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping or pickup fees to get your item back to us. For shipped items, we will provide shipping labels. The cost of shipping or pickup will be deducted from your refund.

Returns for Picked But Not Shipped Items

If your item has been picked, but has no yet been shipped, you are unable to cancel your order and it must be processed as a return. 

Our return policy above applies to these returns. They will always be processed as new and unopened, and the shipping you paid will be returned to you.

Returns for Damaged Items

If your item has been damaged, you can opt to return the item instead of waiting on the damage claim to be processed.

You will need to submit the photo evidence of the damage (listed in the article above) to qualify for a damaged item return. We reserve the right to deny a damaged item return for any reason.

We will refund the shipping or delivery fees associated with the original order.

For items not returned to us by the carrier, you will not be responsible for shipping or pickup fees to get your item back to us.

All other aspects of our return policy still apply, including exceptions.

Exceptions

We are unable to accept a return if the item is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Plants
  • Food
  • Cut fabric
  • Custom countertops
  • Mattresses
  • As-is/consignment/secondhand products

How to return an item

If you decide you need to return an item, do the following:

  1. Contact customer service and include your order number, items you want to return, and why you want to return them.
  2. Our team will work with you to determine if we will accept the item for return. In most cases, we will accept it. You will receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to track your return.
  3. We will send shipping labels to affix to your items or schedule a pickup, if you are within our coverage area. Remember, you are responsible for the shipping or pickup fees and they will be deducted from your refund amount. 
  4. Once we receive your item, we will process the return and issue a refund.

If your item is not in the condition you stated or different from your photos, you will forfeit refund.
